At AJ Fashion House, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide quality tailoring materials, Aari products, fashion accessories, and boutique supplies. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged
Wrong product delivered
Product missing from the order
Manufacturing defect found in the item

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used or damaged products after delivery
Customized or special-order items
Cut materials, fabrics, lace, or tailoring items once used
Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved by our team.

Approved refunds may be processed through:

Bank transfer
Store credit (if applicable)

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or banking process.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged based on stock availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, customers may receive a refund or alternative product option.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment confirmation.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping charges may need to be borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our side
